Accept Terms
Reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for using the e20 platform. These terms establish a legal agreement between the user and us. By accessing the platform or starting any gaming activities, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Account Creation & Security
Users must create a valid and accurate account at e20. Keeping passwords and personal information confidential is the user’s responsibility. Using others’ accounts or sharing information is strictly prohibited.
In cases of losses due to security breaches, the customer will generally bear the responsibility.
User Responsibilities
Users must comply with all legal and ethical rules. Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior is prohibited. Attempts at fraud, scamming, or creating multiple accounts may lead to suspension or termination.
Users are expected to play responsibly and stay within their budget.
Platform Usage Rules
E20’s gaming services are available only to registered and authorized users. All platform content is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly forbidden.
The platform reserves the right to suspend, modify, or improve services at any time.
Payments & Transaction Information (BDT)
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Users must provide accurate information to ensure fast and secure payments.
E20’s liability for any transaction delays or issues is limited. Withdrawal and deposit amounts, timeframes, and conditions must be followed.
Liability Limitations
E20 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use. Users are responsible for managing their own budgets and decisions.
Despite e20's best efforts, no liability is accepted for technical errors, system downtime, or security breaches.
Account Policy (Suspension/Closure)
Accounts may be suspended or closed due to violations, suspicious activity, or legal restrictions. Users will be notified via the provided contact details.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, software, and designs of e20 are proprietary and reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites outside our control. Users must read and accept those sites’ terms independently.
Changes to Terms
E20 reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, which will come into effect upon notification.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with any disputes subject to Bangladeshi courts.
